Step -1 First of all see that the file you are trying to delete is not opened or played in your player. If it is so then close the file and delete it. If it is not deleted still now,and error messages like this appears
then go to step -2.
Step-2
1.Restart your computer, And when the computer is starting again press F5 or F8 continuously till the below window appears.
2.Using the arrow keys to select the safe mode option and press enter like this.
3.Then a window will appear which will ask you to choose the operating system. Choose any operating system and press enter.
4.Then something like this will happen, wait for 8-9 seconds.dont press anything
5.A dialog box will appear as shown below, press yes
6.The computer will start in Safe mode and will look like
7.Now go the address where your file or folder is located and delete it simply.The file will be deleted easily.
